hello Seniors i am fresher in hr. Seniors I want to know that we have hired security guards through security Agency so i want to know that is there any responsibility for us to check their salary, pf. I am very confused about this topic pls help me. what is to do for them.

Dear Mr. Pramod,
You are the principal employer for the security agency. It is your duty to check the salary, pf, esi. The salary for the contract employees has to be disposed in front of you only.
