Need guidance for hiring freshers
Dear seniors i am working in a software company and i take care of hiring s too. i would like to know some guidance from seniors to hire people quickly. as far as the recruitment is concerned it is taking few months for me to hire people. can anyone suggest how to hire people in a month s time. currently i am looking for fresher s for it and non it who can join us in a week s time. i am contacting training institutes posted jobs in the job portal. but still i get only few responses. can anyone suggest what is the quickest way of recruiting fresher s and also for other positions. thanks

Hi all have a query; unable to find solution in the posts already available. as per our company standing orders retirement age is 58 so would like to know how to a retain existing people b hire new people as applicable under what category can we hire them 1. employee will all benefits be applicable ? i understand only pf will not apply or 2. cannot come under employee category but should hire as consultant or some other head; if so what is the implication. kindly let me know as per statuary/legal terms how to proceed . thanks nitya
