Executives, I working in small concern as HR executive in tirupur. We are provide weekly wage for workers. anybody can explain the monthly PF calculation method for weekly wages.

Whether you pay wages monthly or daily or weekly .deduct 12% of the wages paid.If weekly wages payable/paid if converted into monthly is more than Rs 15000/-then he can be exempted subject to other conditions.

Dear Aravind HRM,
You have weekly wage system and you want to know how to calculate PF contribution monthly.
Answer is very simple.
You need to add the wages and contribution of all the weeks in a month and make a monthly statement of wages and contribution. On the basis of this monthly statement, upload the ECR.
