I would like to know that what are the procedures for transferring employees from one company to another company under same enterprise .
For example, if some of the employees get enrolled with Field Fresh to Bharti Airtel but they come under Bharti Enterprise, do we have to take a resignation letter, final settlement of employees and give them new appointment letters?
Its really urgent, pls give us your valuable suggestions.

Yes,
You will have to give them fresh appointment.
We have faced the same situation in our organisation.
We have some units in Baddi and Jammu as well. So, we had to transfer our some employees from our Noida and Malanpur units. These are not only the units but are apart from the our existing company under the same Board of directorate body.
In this context we had to take the resignation from all of them transfered employees and gave them fresh appointments there on.
I think this is the procedure.
you can consult to some other, also.

Hi,
There can be two options to deal it...
One you need to issue them a transfer letter with their new job location ,KRA, and the consolidate package and add a copy to his Employee file in your records & proceed further.
Secondly you can take a resignation and issue another appointment letter.
It depends on the hr Policy and the compatability.
Thanks

Hi,
In my company we have a tranfer clause in the appointment letter so we issue only the transfer letters.I think you shoudl try and include this transfer clause in the appointment letter .
If yet in doubt feel free to call me up.

Normallu transfer will mean In-Company transfer without any change in unfavorable in emoluments / the Sevice Conditions. Inter-Company deployment can be effected w/out unfavorable change in emoluments / Terms of employment provided the concerned employees agree thereto.failing which Termination of employment takes place and Notice Period Pay etc have to be made. There is hardly any need to discontinue emplyment in Co A which incurs loss of Continuous Service and denial
of certain entitilements.

Dear Gauri,
When you have employees working at both places and appointed under the same umbrella, I guess rather than you taking a resignation letter, which would end their service period, you can depute them with the same service conditions. However, the transfer clause should be inserted in their letters prior to you doing this.
