Dear Friends,
Its now 9 months since I have left my previous organisation. I have written approx 10 mails subsequently taking print and sending via Registered AD regarding settlement of F&F. The company has not responded to a single mail nor Registered AD. Finally I have written to them that if they do not respond to my last letter I will be escalating the matter to the court of law. Kindly advise regarding the procedure of approaching them through the court of Law

If your salary is lower than the prescribed in the Payment of Wages Act, you can approach the authority undr Payment of Wages Act. He is normally the Asst Commissioner/Dy Commissioner of Labour in your area
Otherwise, you need to go to Civil Court only
In any case send a complaint to the Labour Commissioner and probably you will hear from your management

You have done the basics for a legal battle correctly. Now you can write to the Asst. Labour Commissioner of your area (area of your employer) and request him to intervene. As I told you it is a battle and is time consuming and tiresome. Yet to teach a lesson and to prevent the employer from playing similar mischief with other you may fight.

Dear freinds,
I was working with a sub -contractor on a project which was taken through tender process without any pf and other amenities ,I always didnt got my salary on time ,sometimes it took 2 mts to get my salary,at the end of the project my contractor told me to do my work and finaliase the project and after that i will receive 2 mts salary, after the end of my project i have been calling him but he does not entertain but again i called the main contractor ,who also neglected
