You have to prepare the complete organisation structure. In consultation with the Director(s) concerned you have to workout details of the production process identifying the norms of production per head as also the support structure along the line of supervision. It is a long drawn process where you shall be required to go in full depth.You shall also be required to work out the ratio between the worker and supervisor and supervisor and executive,if required. You also will have to go for development of necessary documentation as per the requirement.
I would suggest to visit an organisation engaged in similar process of production. They may have inhibitions to share correct details with you, being the competetor. You can also visit a parallel organisation.
It is really a hurculean task.
