We have a epf member who left service in 2011, but now he rejoin us, therefore what is the procedure to deduct his epf. Can i deduct his epf in old account or we have to create new epf account and trf his old account. Can anyone transfer his old EPF account to New EPF account in same establishment?

You need to create new epf account for the employee and old one needs to be withdraw by employee.
But again there is no clarity on whether the employee was employed any where before joining your organisation and if employed then whether he has the epf account with previous employer or not? As epfo has started given UAN to all employees whose pf submitted from Jan 14 to Jun 14. If he had pf account with previous employer then he might have get the UAN number and if this is the case you don't need to open the new account with epfo instead you can continue with UAN.
