Hi all i am working in a us based company in pune. i am little bit involved in hiring resources for the internal team. we however don t have any bulk recruiting but need 45 candidates per month. for this situation; which is the best option? outsourcing the recruitment activity to third party placement agency and pay 10 on ctc for each candidate ? or buying naukri or monster or timesjobs?

Please clarify 1.who is the principal employer if there is a contract with the agency and agency deputes its staff for working onsite in any organization. 2.what are the liabilities of the organization on whose premises the workers/contracts labours are working? 3. in terms of salary is any pf deductions etc need to be made? 4.is registration mandatory for contract labour by the organization where staff/labours are working onsite even if the contact is with the agency? this query is in regard to bank.
