Don't you any leave provision during probation period?
If no, the leaves taken by you may be on LOP or to be as advance leaves.
No link between Notice period and leaves already availed.
I don't know the leave policies of your Company.

Apart from what Pon has replied, please elaborate whether the 2 weeks emergency leaves were taken during the Notice Period then yes you have to complete the 1 month notice excluding the leave you have taken. If the Leaves were taken earlier then check your salary the Leaves would have been considered as LOP and must have been deducted from your monthly salary.

Saji I had taken the leaves during June not during notice period

If the leaves were taken in earlier month, then the same must have been deducted from your salary as LOP, hence you are liable for 1 month notice only as per the Termination clause.

Dear Kez,
The company policy shall prevail i.e. since leave is not admissible during the probation period it is immaterial whether you availed emergency leave during or prior to the notice period.
Thanks and regards
