Hr asking me relieving letter but i am having experience letter
Hi i currently changed my jobmy previous employer provided me experience letter when i asked him relieving letter he told me that experience letter nothing but a reliving letterbut my current company hr asking me relieving letter in which i dont have they given me 90days time to submit itwhen i asked to my previous company they are telling experience letter nothing but reliving letterplease tell me what should i do now.help me please.
Bonds, relieving letter and experience letter
Hi all i work in an it firm in mumbai for the past 1.4 years. i had signed a 2 years bond with the company when i joined. however i have to leave the company as there is no growth no appraisals whatsoever. also i got a new job somwhere. but when i resigned and asked for my relieving letter and experience letter they said i cannot leave the company as i am under a bond. so now i am stuck up. also i was provided no professional training by the company. so can you help me with this? i don t have much time left with me and i don t want to continue working here. also when i asked for the copy of bond one of the hr refused saying it is internal to the company and cannot be given to the employee as it is with the vendor. so is this correct? pls help. thanks in advance.
Absconding and termination case
Hi help needed i have 3 total experience in it field. but because of some reasons i had to leave my current job because of some emergency. i informed my manager that i can not come for one month but he said either report or we will terminate you. i asked for lwp but they did t provide. so i resigned and asked for settlement that i cant serve notice period but they rejected my resignation and terminated me. after that they send me mail for no dues clearance some amount they asked. i paid that and i asked about experience letter and revealing letter. they said you will get the appropriate letter. now i got job in other company so my question is this what will i say to that company at joining time. i m not sure what letter the previous employer will give now. till now they did t provide any thing but they are saying that they will give. i am regularly in touch with my manager but in doubt if i will join company and later on if they fail to provide or they provided some other letter. my another question is if they send termination letter than other company for which i am selected will they accept me. please any body suggest me what to do. thanks in advance. regards ram
Experience certificate
Hi my wife was taught in a school for nine months. she had to leave her job on emergency due to pregnancy and hospitalisation.she could not submit one month s advance notice to the school as per their policy.she asked for experience letter/certificate from the school but they refused on the grounds that anyone leaving the job before one year will not get any experience letter/certificate as per their policy.can anyone tell me any legal action can be taken against the school for not issuing experience certificate/letter.

Leave without pay on disciplinarygrounds
I am working in software service based company.i have taken leave of 50 working days due to sickness.but my company doctor is not approving the certificates and medical documents i have submitted. so my hr is asking me to write a letter stating that i was at fault and i have taken prolonged leave and will not repeat it in future.i have asked him about the consequence of this letter and he replied that as this is the first incident the company will issue me warning letter only.but i am not sure about it.also i will mention that i am under a bond period of 2 year owing to an amount of 50000 .please suggest iare they going to take this letter and use it to ask for resignation? iiwill they mention it in my experience/relieving letter? iiiwhat if i stick to my medical reasons and refuse to write the letter?
