Hello seniors,
I am really confused for whats happening around me!! i am very serious towards my life and i really need your assistance.
I recently completed my MBA in HR from Mumbai university.I am working as Hr exe in a recruitment firm since a month. But i am somewhere not satisfied with myself....
I want to go abroad and earn.I know that getting a job abroad is not very easy for an HR fresher, so i thought of studying abroad(canada) and earn simultaneously.
Now that i have completed my MBA in HR, i cant understand to which programs i should go for. My basic idea is to earn there. Please help me and guide me with the programs as i am really looking forward to get a job at canada!

Well Ms.Sanjana,

Most of eligible experts might have tried to suggest you but i think your request to receive only experts, sincere and serious might have stopped them to reply you.

Any ways cutting it to short as you are looking for serious and sincere replies only before shifting to abroad try to get below things done initially Ms.Sanjana:

1-If possible try to get deep and maximum knowledge of your subject

2-If possible try to get good exposure via doing HR job in ( India)

3-Must have good practices of Indian H.R principals,Rules, Regulations, ACTS, as Factories,Act,Compensation,P.F.ESI,Grievances,Indu strial Relations, Organisational Behavior and all other major departments, sections related to HR profile

4-If you have finally decided to shift Canada then again you must have all top to bottom knowledge about Canada's HR structure, policies and all major sections discussed in line no 3 to get well versed there easily and also it will help you in interviews and your selection procedures will become quite smooth for you.

5-Try to understand countries atmosphere, environment, industrial phenomenon, types of major industries existing, code of conducts, labor laws, unions, labor type,

6-Also try to get special linguistic classes to help you to face MTI problems some how /some where.

7-Also make a specific career plan for you that in Canada you are going to join in placement company or going to join any industry as HR aspirant, this self declaration will help you a lot to move ahead with confidence and clear career goal.

8-If you are so committed to work in Canada then try to Google and make a list of good industrial belts and cities ,types of industries running in that area,Owners /Directors of company and other important information related to company or industry.

9-Try to search companies belongs to Indian Origin in Canada or governed by Indian people, you may apply online or submit your updated C.V showing your all competencies, skills, knowledge, assignments etc, here the chances to receive interview calls are quite higher than Canadian bases companies,

10-Try to join some short term online courses which may help you while interviews, or which attract Canadian companies to hire you for them

Apart of above get geographical contents of that country, locations you are willing to work, ctc on which you can afford your new job, also work on negotiation skills ,present Sanjana as an exact and perfect citizen/candidate of Canada via communications, languages, attitude, knowledge, skills and by interest.

I am sure you will get your dream job and you will perform ,survive and prove that your dreams was not only dreams, your dream t some day to see its all happening.

Best Wishes.
