Hi, I am a part of HR department of a food industry. Can any one tell me which tense form used while making policy and reason plzzz?? this make me confuse...
Present Tense.
Joining formalities require the new member to furnish certain pieces of information about him/her self which are important to the organization. As regards induction or orientation, the purpose is to make the new member familiar with the surroundings, ambience, and the work culture of the organization.
