As you have started a professional career, be a professional.
First discuss this with your Boss wrt the client, even you know the issue and after a thorough discussion ask your Boss like " can I convey the msg to client, if ur Boss dont wanna do business with the client" if the client personnel is friendly enough to move.
Cheers,

Hi,

I know what you are saying but the term and condition documents have already been signed by the company HR and your boss (that’s why you are in business with the client). Let me tell you try and change yourself rather than trying to change the system. Suppose if still matters are worse try changing your job to a corporate HR. See why I am saying this is just coz I know what kind of professionalism does a consultancy boss shows, in the end of the day the closing of position for the client’s matters, but that’s just for you.

If you are in Mumbai I can try and help you for a job, in an MNC. But this won’t be recruitment it would be Employee appraisal, important thing is it won’t be permanent, it is contract based job. So are you willing for that then only I can help you? Anyways, my email id where you could send me your resume is

It’s a humble request to everybody after seeing my email id please do not post your résumé’s to me, as I am not a consultant. Thank you.

Hi Gayathri
Considering your concern I personally feel,
You shud express the client what your boss has told
This will hit against you firm
Rather you be diplomatic
Inform client that you are trying to identify the candidate but unable to find in their criteria of salary slab as the competition is high
you mention that you have candidates but with higher salary expectation
Align 1 or 2 candidates expecting high package
You never know if they like the client may select them
Also be clear if you have any you will revert back but right now unable to identify in the low package
This will help your firm as well the client will also realize the impact of competion
Moreover your relation will remain healthy with boss as well as with client

Hi,
These are my suggestions towards the problem faced by you.
1. Talk to your Boss and understand the exact problem with the client.
2. Make the + points and the profits which could be earned by your team through that client to your Boss.
3. If your Boss is right just go with him. If not, give some of the other consultancy contacts and get away.
4. As this is your first job, learn more and add profits to the organisation were you are presently working.
Regards
T.Siddha

MAybe u can work on the position on your own without informing ur boss but then if u do this then u have to make sure that u get the money out from the client and then when u have the payment cheque with you that time u can just go ahead and tell ur boss and i think he i'll be happy .... he should be happy ...
