Could you please guide me on filing the ESIC monthly return? I submitted the challan to the bank with the required amount cheque. Do I need to do anything after this to complete the ESIC monthly return procedure? I came to know from somewhere that we need to update the payment details after receiving the paid challan copy from the bank. If yes, then what would be the procedure?

As far as I understand, ESIC Branch Offices are only accepting monthly returns online. Therefore, it will be important to contact the appropriate ESIC branch office to which your unit is attached, discuss, and understand the online procedure for the submission of such returns. You can also search and download some literature from the website of ESIC.
