My Brother have taken the Initiative t start IT / BPM Sector in providing the Business application software and back end Support having the Physically challenged people and Orphanage Graduates as the Employees to our concern and our mission is to serve them and develop to a remarkable position in life. we are in the initial Stage and in process of registering our concern.
I been new to this Stream of HR, since I am in to Marketing Now I need to take care of all HR Function in our company. But as a HR Generalist What Documents , Government Acts, Forms , Excel sheets should I maintain in order to function great .
Friends , Kindly help me in giving knowledge or Insights what I need to Do and How I need to Operate and Documents to maintain everything that Fits to the HR Generalist Profile.

On intial basis you need to take care of these things:-
Company/Factory licence
PF registration
ESI registration
Insurance registration
induction training
employee personnel file (in that their 10 th mark sheet, last qualification mark sheet, address proof is req., photograph, etc.)
