i new to Citihr, i would like to clarify some doubts and need suggestions ,
we located in chennai , and we've appointed BDE(Business Development Executive) in USA, he is going to market our service in USA behalf of us, we've fixed salary for the same , now we do not have idea how to monitor his activity and work process ,
1. we plan to monitor his calls (what ever he going to make calls to client ,what is the discussion, client contact details , calls duration)
2. we plan to monitor his every day activity (remotely )
could anyone advice or suggest how to monitor our remote employee
looking for you guys suggestions

Dear GRlinks,
To monitor his activities, prepare a google sheet and this needs to be updated everyday. This shall have all the information in columns, like clients called, emails sent, clients visited, clients closed, clients for followup, etc... add columns as per your requirement.
This excel sheet needs to be updated daily by the employee and this needs to be shared with the employee, his immediate boss and any other relevant person.
Also on need basis you can set up an skype chat with the employee to interact on important issues. This can also be schedule on a fixed day every week.
