Dear Seniors,
Greeting for the day!!
I am working in an international BPO since last 3 years as an HR. I joined the organization after the completion of my schooling. I am pursuing graduation side by side under distance education. My last semester is about to finish. I am confused about further study. I want to do part time/Distance MBA in HR from reputed university so I can get a good placement.
I want to know whether I should prepare for CAT/MAT or not. Because now a days most of the university ask for CAT/MAT. My future planing is to do MBA in HR and get the good job. It is quite difficult for me to do the regular MBA while working.
Please suggest me what should I do..

Hey Everyone, Need an appropriate suggestions on the above mentioned topic. Request you to give your valuable advice on the same. Thanks Vikas Sharmna
Hi Vikas,I would suggest you to go for online MBA program education it will help you to 'Earn while learn' rather than learn.it is totally flexible and give your exam across India.
You've done your graduation throough distance learning - must have been for a reason. Are those reasons gone now?
If not, then you'd most likely have to go for distance learning MBA. Does Symbiosis or IGNOU ask for CAT/MAT? Check out if distance MBAs ask for CAT/MAT. If not, no point preparing for those tests.

Hi
There is no placement available for a part time MBA holder. If you look into overall scenario, a part time MBA and a full time but from C category B school MBA holders are usually treated as secondary citizen or professionals and a fully distance learner MBA holder as nothing for good.
You should prefer a break in work and an MBA from tier 1 B school

Dear All, I regards your valuable advice. I have started MBA from the LPU-Distance. There are few problems at my end hence I was not able to do regular MBA.
Look to join an executive MBA programme in any good university near your work spot. That will be better than distance MBA.
