How many months of PF contribution before Expats become eligible to claim their PF?

Hi PF should be deducted from the day of joining. There is no any minimum working days. If any employee works altleast 1 day in that month PF shall be contributed

Dear All,
Even for one day also the member has worked, PF is to be paid to PF office for MC and CC.
Act says that Employer has to pay first and later recover from employee. Accordingly reason as salary not processed is not valid.
