Separation Policy In BPOs

Hi,
I am planning to make some amendments in the Separation Policy of my Organization.
Would be very thankful if you guys can share the Separation Policies of your organizations.
I am working in a BP and the amendments that i am looking forward to are:
Recovery of Signing Bonus
Recovery of Relocation Allowance
Recovery of Travel Reimbursement
Terms and Conditions for Separation on Bench
Waving Off Notice Period
Would Appreciate your quick help.
