Mr. Keshavji has replied you aptly, kindly consider his views, legal suit will not bear any fruitful result. Performance bonus is purely at Management Discretion, while the Bonus were disbursed you were not on roll, so the Management have the discretion to cancel/withdraw it.
It is given to motivate the existing employees hence normally most of the employer would not take the cost burden to disburse the Performance Bonus of left employees. No doubt there are certain professionally managed companies who give performance Bonus to Ex-employees too, but again at the sole discretion of the employer/management

i am working in a company at least for about 5 months. in festive season every employee get their bonus except me because of i only work for 5 months. can i file case on my employer?
