It is advisable to inform the HR of your company about this matter of court case - a family dispute for the purpose of ancestral land, you can also inform that your family does not have any criminal background , else on antecedents verification the rival parties may provide a false information, with a view to see that you loose a good career opportunity.
You can Join the TCS company without any hesitation, but be transparent.

Tell your prospective company HR Head of your case, specifically that you are not convicted.
The company will understand as well as appreciate truth, which in long run will be beneficial in your career.

It is your duty to inform the prospective hirer about the pending criminal case against you. May be you should attach a copy of the Plaint filed by your neighbour and/or your counter filed thru' your advocate. Alternatively you may also attach a sworn affidavit attested by a Notary describing the case pending. Any of these would satisfy TCS about the adequacy of your profile from your side. In case if the BGV asks for other documents you might as well show these. One more suggestion, you may also file a petition seeking the orders of a competent court to relieve you from the case pleading you are not party to the dispute etc. so you will have every chance of reclusion from this case and break free.

Property matters are civil case, you need not mention anything to HR. Most of the companies are reluctant to hire people with criminal case, irrespective they have been convicted for crime or not.
It is not necessary to mention any civil case pending against you as they are not penal in nature.
Suppression of fact, when the other party has means and sources to find out the truth doesn't tantamount to a lie or a false information, so for your betterment and growth in career it is recommended that you suppress the fact and proceed with life as normal.
And in civil cases there would be never a conviction, but only specific relief, so you need not worry. Most of the people don't understand all this law points and react defensive the moment they hear about a case, hence suppress the fact and proceed with life as normal, it is very very difficult for companies to dig out such information about individual, unless your are repeated and known offender.
And even if assuming that you have a criminal case against you, you still have the right not to disclose those information, which are detrimental for your well being and growth.
Ideally you should have posted this query anonymously instead of going public with your name and company name.

It is ideal and be transparent on sharing the impending case lying in criminal court during discussion.
Allegations in any court in force will not lead to conviction, unless proved in Court. And Company's normally do not take this into account, unless you are convicted primarily in Criminal 'Court.
Organizations reviews individuals impact on business, in the case of conviction/s and applies service rules then. Hence do focus on your Career path.
