I am designing an Applicant Tracking System in MS Excel so that I can track all the candidates who seems promising to me during HR Round. I would appreciate if someone shares some sample with me so that I can have an idea about the format. Seeking advice.

I think some cloud based systems for this already exist. Given the way technology is progressing better to look at them rather than desktop based ones. Look at zoho for example - haven't looked at it for awhile but recall it had a free version too...
