i left my last org & on my relieving letter it is mention last day of working is 05/05/2013 & now my current organization contact my last org for my to get information about my joining & relieving ,they find there is discrepancy of 5 days on my relieving letter it is mention my last day of working is 05/05/2013 , but as per last origination record my last day of working is 05/10/2013. Please advise what should i do.

To some, it could seem like a discrepancy of 5 months- pl clearly specify date and month in Words.... If it is only 5 days depending upon who is right, it could be a simple matter of corrections...

Sir it is 5th may 2013 when it was my last working , but as per record it showing 10 May 2013,now my current Organization is preparing to issue me a notice & if things not get sort out they will terminate me

If the record is wrong, why is your last organization not prepared to correct it ? You have the relieving letter from your last organization itself as proof which, per you, is the truth as well...
Also how long have you been working in your present company and what is your job role ? Are your bosses happy with you and did you leave your last company on good terms ?

it is almost 3 month now in my current company; currently i am team auditor for US mortgage., Yes all my boss are happy with my performance , actually my last start laying off employee as they don't get work, so i resign from there after completing all legal formalities .Main issue is with date variance & my last company said that my re leaving letter is fake , in this case i can request them to provide new re leaving letter & than submit it again to my current company.

Has your previous company said they have not relieved you ?
is there any reason to believe your letter is fake ?
I find it surprising that a company is taking steps to terminate you have showing less than actual days.
you need to speak to your hr head and explain that this is the relieving letter given to you, backed up with any other proof you have of your actual working period. you can also ask the previous company to forward the actual relieving letter frm their files (perhaps they already did that, which is why your company thinks it is fake)

Sorry but you are not clear / forthright it seems. If you have made a mistake somewhere, remember Honesty is the Best Policy. Else the situation be easily sorted out as suggested by Mr. Saswatabanerjee.

why should i submit fake document, when i worked for the company..& i submit the same re-leaving which was provided to me..

It is apparent both your present company as well as your past company are not supporting your claim. Even though you say that is the truth. Your present company, just for 5 days error- which you claim is not on your part - is preparing to terminate you.
Even if this is not your mistake, to me it seems clear your present Company doesn't want you, for whatsoever reason. Maybe you should start looking for another job.
Sorry if this seems harsh but it is better to face up to the situation rather than be unprepared.
Just my opinion.
