You are an MBA Fresher.
When you joined :
a) What was the Objective ?
b) What did the Institute promise you ?
c) Have they provided you the necessary knowledge and skills as per their promises ? Have you learnt well ?
d) What kind of Jobs are coming for Campus placement ?
Introspect over above, your answer is somewhere therein....
Else, your question is, IMHO toooo wide , the knowledge/skills you'd need to acquire would depend upon your present skills, interests and aptitudes and prospects therein.

Of course it can be very painful to be jobless after doing a course which was supposed to get you one... I am assuming the institute made some promises in this regard.

Frankly, to my mind, no one can "get" anyone a " job" . People can only train you - and that too depends upon your own unique situation , abilities and hard work. Whether you can get a " good " job depends upon many factors, beginning with your definition of a good job and if the same is in line with your abilities. And how do you compete therein.

If you are sure your rejections are due a gap in knowledge- and a course is promising to plug that - by all means go ahead and do that if you can. But know that there are no sure shot formulas / courses. At least I am not aware of them. If any knows about some, please let me also know :-)

Each time you apply for a job / go for an interview is different. For eg. your/ employer expectations and competition from other candidates. So , IMHO, there can be no general rule. But I could be wrong.

#According to me... the people who is from MBA background....they viewing only the HR..field..its a kind of wrong thought. As a MBA graduate have to play different role in over all industries..Lets take a SAP domain...in that...functional area as well as programming area is available.
#SAP HR,SF,SD,MM,ABAP its all suitable for MBA graduates...Because iam a MBA graduate...i did my training over SAP MM...now im working in MN company at the field of procurement...with good package..one thing you guys have to analysis....search a good trainer not only a Institute..because trainer only gonna teach not a institute. For your information i will provide my trainer number you can directly contach him...
