Dear All,
Lets understand the strategies of corporate world, they wanted to remove some one as well as they doesn't want to get in to legal controversy too..
Our Indian law is very Flexible, its purely depend how you can utilize for better or self interest...?
In case of termination, employer has reserved right period which is called as Probation period, in such period employment is not confirm, it is period which given to employer by the law, where they can judge his performance & decide, whether they wish to confirm his employment, but, in same time, there is no reason to argue that, any termination of employment is subject to valid reason on the same.
For more clarity i had asked concern person to provide the case details, so that, members can advise him appropriately.

Dear Mahish,
I think personal and professional behavior must be identified first. If there is a personal problem with manger/supervisor then we have to be careful about. In terms of professional acts, this is employee right to ask for reason.

Dear Mahesh,
"Nothing happen in this world without a reason" there must be something that allowed employer to take such actions, therefore, I request you to share the complete details of your case and reasons of it, so that, you can expect the appropriate answers by the community. Also if you have tried to speak to your HR Manager/Head/ or your BOSS/Supervisor, share the replies you've obtained.
And because the query with improper /short information can only lead to multiple post and wont serve the purpose of a thread, so please share the proper and complete details before submitting any query/question.
@Members : Dear All, I believe we must expect a reply or complete information from him before saying much or assuming the case details which is really important to share the knowledge and experience in respect to the query/question and community.
