But HR Manager - is the one who handling the Human Resources in the company by taking care of manpower planning, conduct interviews, issuing offer letter, employee engagement activities, pay roll processing, statuary compliance etc..

I have started career in HR and moved to HR and Admin role.
See, the facility manager is more about handling day to day office operations. It may include fleet management, looking after various aMC of the company, engaging right vendor.
I suggest you should sit with the management and different vertical head and find out what do they expect from your roles and responsibilites and what is your deliverables. Based on that, plan your deliverables, make short term and long term plan then get connected to various prfessionals and find out the best practices
