Formulae Xls is wonderful. This is really help ful.
I am having one query. I have an attendance sheet . Where I have marked Weekly off of a month as W.and if a employee is on leave I mark it as L. Using countif i take the number of weekly off and leave. Now my question. If there is an L before and After W. i.e. "L" , "W" and "L" i want the count of L to be Three and it should not take consider W in Countif.of W.

we have more than 45 nos of employee and we need to calculate which employees are coming late every day and in a month how many days coming late. after calculating late coming days in a month to deduction salary for the same.
