Hello Every one,
I have one employee on our permanent role who is working with us for 3 days, complete 8 hrs.& booking his time sheet for 24 hr. in a week. It a fixed contract with him for 1 year. Will he be eligible for any kind of leaves? I need your prompt response.please help me.

Dear friend,
Your question is not only contradictory but confusing too. You've said that he is on your permanent roll but at the same time having a fixed-term contract of one year with you. A part time employee permanently employed as such can also be shown in the permanent roll subject to the condition of accruel of quantifiable proportionate benefits. In case of fixed-term contract, you have to go by the explicit terms of the contract if so provided therein.
