Absconded from company - no training was provided. but now asking for 3 month's gross salary
My name is ramanjaneyulu i m working in a startup pharmaceutical company i have to sign a bond for 1 lakh and submitting my original documents for 2 years bond period. after 1year service without intimation not attending duties for 15 days. at the time company hr without a warning letter or call to me asked for the 3 monthly gross salaries for the original documents and service certificates. 2 conditions are there 1.break the bond 1 lakh pay 2.3 months salary are 3 months notice period i have experience in another company. the current company didn t provide me anything kind of training at the time of joining. no training was provided. but now asking for 3 month s gross salary. i m telling you that i work the entire bond period but we ask money only
Resignation
I joined a company on feb 172014 and in the appointment letter it was mentioned "unless an appointment letter is issued after the completion of training or the same is shortened or extended in writingthe training shall automatically stand terminated at the end of 12 months period" and i attended office till march 222015 but i did not recieved any letter for extension of training and neither i was confirmed as post mentioned in my march salary slip.now when i went to resign they are not accepting my resignation saying you had service bond of 3 years. please let me know what does termination of training means because after training completes we were to get confirmation but i did not get that and no any extension of training.also we had a service bond which says to pay 1.5 lakhs if i leave before 3 years saying they incur expenditure on our training but we were not given any traininginfact the company was not having any training department wen i joined and we were asked to do duties as a regular empolyee which is recorded in daily log book.so what will be my chances if they sent me legal notice? also the sign of surety or father on bond agreement is not present in my agreement. please suggest me what should i do as i am thinking of sending resignation letter via post
Interest on bond amount after bond period
Hello i had a bond with a company for 3 years. it has been 5 years since the bond period expired but the bond amount has not been returned to me. am i eligible for interest on the amount for the period after the bond period 5 years even though there is no specific mention about interest after bond period. during the bond period it is mentioned that no interest will be paid. what recourse do i have to get both my bond amount and interest back.
Resign/notice period incase of service agreement (bond)
I have been working for a small it firm since april 2016. they have bond for 2 years and notice period 3 months. in my offer letter they mentioned "3 months notice incase of service agreement bond absence" or if my employer sack "2 months notice". here my query is shall i serve notice period from my 1 year 9th month to finish 2 years service agreement or should i serve notice period after 2 years completion?
Regarding employment bond breakage
Hi i was working as a fresher in one of the corporate companies. the company s policy includes a service bond agreement of 2 yearsmust upon breakage of this a total of 1lakh rupee has to be paid from the employee. due to some other reasons i left the company which means breaking the bond. now i started receiving mails from the company stating "intimation regarding negative ffs" and asking me to pay a total of 1lakh1month of salary. what will be the consequences if the bond amount is not paid will there be any legal issues regarding this. should i neglect these mails or these are to be considered seriously? pls suggest upon this issue.
Epf employers share not provided and service bond and agreement
1. an organisation is following epf act 1925 not epf and mf act 1952 can it not provide fro employers share of provident fund on pretext of non completion of five years of continuous service to the organisation? 2. when an employer is advertising for employment and is asking for an agreement and indemnity bond for serving minimum three years after training at some designated institutes then can they additionally get signed a service bond? if during these three years if an employee resigns after one year then is he to pay for full bond amount or proportionate reduction should be given in lieu of one year of service? 3.if the training as designated in bond is not provided then is the agreement valid? also during resignation is employee liable to clear three months notice period pay although same is not enshrined in the bond? 4. can double penalty like bond in full be recovered neglecting actual time length of service given and additionally though nothing is mentioned regarding service notice period the same is added to the matter on resignation and double penalty imposed? sandipan hore
