Hi everybody,
I am working in public sector organization as computer worker from 2009. I have done BS CS from GC, University after applying on so many jobs I was called for interview from one software house. There was a scheduled technical and HR interview of Software Engineer in particular Software House about last week ago. I have cleared both of them. I have applied too many software houses but I only selected here. A little problem is happened now that the management want that I should resigned and give them a copy of resignation and experience letter of 5 years because I have mentioned on my c.v. that I am working as software developer from 5 year instead of computer worker. I have all the skills of programming that’s why I have cleared the interview. Anyone tell me please what I do now?

Your nick name actually answered what you have done big Phool . Gosh, its bit obvious dost all will be asked for experience cert. If were good at your basics, why did you fake experience. I feel you should have written what you do.
If you have the belly and guts ...tell them the truth and ask them if they are still interested in employing you.
If not, forget the offer. You atleast now know that you are capable to clear test, and you don't need to fake.

Well suggested by Ukmitra.,
Since you have skills & potential to clear such technical as well as HR rounds. You may get opportunity to establish in market without making fool to others.
Go straight away to the concern and say the truth if you have guts or forget about the employment.
