I have a query related to Full & Final settlement, if employee put his resignation in mid of the month and give 7 days notice period,and his last date of working is 1st week of next month, so his salary for current month (i.e.month in which is had put resignation), would he get the salary for that month or he will get the same in full n final settlement?
Kindly suggest?

If employee submits his resignation should be relieved subject to the terms and conditions of his/her appointment order. His full and final settlement shall be done separately without waiting for others payroll. His salary should be paid till the date of his relieving day. Keep always full and final settlement records in his/her personal file which may need any time.
