You can marry a HR girl because of following qualities:
1. There is no work tension like other which may reflects on family after going home
2. Good understanding
3. Motivates you
4. Speaks nicely with every one i.e. with relatives
5. No conflicts. As she know’s how to solve conflicts
6. Good ethics
So she will implement all the HR Activities

Thanks 2 you all. Really lot of people rate HR as human distruction department. HR needs to make themselves to be accepted in the organisation itself. On the contrary, they have not been accepted in the organisation.
