I a,m a fresher.I have joined a engineering college as Assistant professor last week and i have not received my appointment letter yet but i have submitted my degree certificate on the joining date. Now that due to ill treatment of the Principal to the faculties, on the third day of my work i had given a resignation letter in person to the Principal and he asked me talk further over phone. Now that i m calling them everyday for these 4 days and the PA of Principal doesnt respond properly and today she told me that i have to meet the Secretary and secretary is out of station and he will be coming back only after a week. But this answer is not satisfied for me and i think these people are fooling me. Now what should i do?

Since you have submitted your resignation properly, you can approach them amicably to the extent possible and get your Degree certificate.
Meanwhile, you may send your resignation letter through registered post with acknowledgement due. Don't forget to specify the request to return your certificate while writing your resignation letter.
