As informed by MD , i need to terminate an employee in probation period , reason taken more leave during probation period without a proper information .
It was said to Md , first we need to give warning letter, but he said i want to send him immediately .
as per appointment letter 15 days notice period in probation period(but till now we dnt issue the appt letter ) . can i directly send a mail on termination letter to him.
pls suggest me on this.

You haven’t mentioned the length of the probation period nor his service so far. When you have not issued the appointment order, how will you send him out citing the termination clause?
