Kindly help me draft a nice mail to a candidate on him not responding back to the offer given by by company, telling him that inspite of trying to reach him for a response he has not come back to us and the offer will be considered as not accepted by us.

This is bringing to your kind notice that Mr.XXXXXXXXX, selected for designation of XXXXXX in our Organization but he has not responded the acceptance of our offer letter. we are trying to get back him over the phone and mails but he could not responded the same.
