Is notice period is included in eligibility criteria of 4 years and 240 days? I mean if employee resigns and after serving notice period of three months 4 years 240 days gets completed (including three months of notice period) then he/she will be eligible for Gratuity? Does notice period be covered?

Any high court order may refer to any similar case in any state which is appliable. Super Court's order cann't be challenged but the state high court order can be challenged in other state high court.
