Hi All,
I am working with multinational bpo organisation and want to check if there is any provisionor policy in place which entitles an employee to become eligible for pension after working for a certain number of years in the company just like a govt employee.

Hi Amit,
There is no provision relating to compulsory pension after some working years in any legal statute.
But an employee who contributes 10years to EPF with out any withdrawal s/he is eligible for pension benefit after the superannuation or retirement.
Its completely organization's interest, if it wants to provide pension benefit to its loyal employees after the retirement as a part of employee welfare but it is not obligatory as per any other statute.
Most of the MNC's provide free education to its employees child as a part of Employee welfare.
