Legal proceses if any employee breaks the bond
Hello i am working as hr manager in one of the it company in pune. its a mid level it company having 30 employees only. i want to have details like if suppose we make the bond with any employee & he breaks it then wh action hr need to take? wh is the requirement to make the bond do it require to be on bond paper or simply letter head will do? though we have mention many closes like you need to pay bla bla amount if you breaks the bond employees use to break it. till the date i haven t handle any case like this but if in future this type of situation come then i want to prepare my self for that. pls help me on this. if some one is already having any specified processes for this then pls do share it with me that ll be really great. expecting kind reply from you all. even u can reach me on harshada.kulkarnifideltech.com regards harshada

Employee bond for it sector company's - do i need to notarise those bonds to make it legal?
Hello i am from it service sector and having private limited company and my team size is around 25 to 30 employee. we do not have employee bond but in recent time i hired sr level person with the good hike and after working for couple of months he resign and get other good hike. we planned so many things for him and due to this change we need to suffer mentally and commercially as well. now i am looking to implement employee bond for atleast 1 year so that company do not have to suffer all the time. i need guidance on the employee bonds for it company what kind of bonds are in current prcatice is there any option of bonds to keep employee working for your company like deduct part of salary and give it after completing certain period of months or taking advance cheques? if going with bond is too old stuff then what is the current practice in option of that? do i need to notarise those bonds to make it legal? are this bond is enough to take legal action in court? thanks.
Employee bond with exemptions - is it valid in eye of any law in india?
Due to frequent absconding cases in our organization our management have decided to have employee bond for the period of 06 months probation phase. bond amount would be 50k. in such scenario we would not offer any kind of training to new employee. but if employee wish to exit from organization during the bond period he/she will be liable to pay agreed bond money to the company if employee fail to pay bond value to organization then organization may recover bond value from any of his/her property or by his/her heirs. exemptions: 1 acute illness employee has to produce medical reports/certificate 2 relocation for newly married women after marriage 3 any other circumstance where employee is not able to perform his duties. in the above scenario is worth to have a bond like this and is it valid in eye of any law in india.?
