i am looking forward for help.. please share and guide an incentive plan for saloon industry..its a re-known high end saloon where incentives are distributed on 10% on billing as of now..but would like to reduce the cost may be it can be fixed or on some other parameter

1.instead of incentive i will suggest you for Variable Pay.
2.Variable is is providing on Employees performance
3.Its payable Yearly ones(End of the year)
we want to design CTC including Variable pay....................it will work
