What is the role that you are hiring for ? Is your project al about bulk hiring or head hunting ?
Bulk hiring have a different payout , such as Rs.8000 for a job of Rs.17000 to Rs. 22000. Whereas walk-in for niche skills will be paid 8-10% of the CTC.
The range would vary based on each industry. IT would pay highest and ITES or ITO would be lesser than that .
