Surbhi_Knowledge
Hi! I am a freelance soft skills trainer. I have just taken a baby step in this field. Could you please suggest some good books that I can read to enrich my knowledge? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi Surbhi.

Welcome to the World of Trainers Community. I wish to convey only small suggestions.

See, skills is something which you get out of long practice. So whether it communication or delivery of a content or whatever, it is basically skill. Take as many number of opportunities as possible to go on the dais to deliver a lecture. Every time you deliver, go with a wonderful preparation. And this includes invariably content development. Think about how to enrich your presentation always. Adding clippings, short films, or adding humour in delivery etc. Another important aspect is to interpret things in a positive aspect. See, a dot on the wall is a dot to anybody. But if you think how better you interpret it in a different way, that adds to your skill.

Everyone who comes across you is like a book. You can study him and see that positive things are there within him to learn. Learning is a life-time process. Read good books in personality development. Any book is a good one provided you take from it as much as you can. Thats all for now. If you want anything more, write to me. Thanks and regards
