This letter is in the reference of the contract that was signed on 6th July’2010.
We wish to inform you that according to the termination clause of the contract, we wish to terminate the contract, as we are not satisfied with the quality of services provided by your organization.
We would like to terminate the service contract with effect from 1st November’2011 by providing one month notice. Hence you are hereby requested to serve us the services till 30th November’2011 midnight.
We thank you for all the support extended to us during your tenure of service with us and wish you all the better prospects for your future endeavours.

Proportionate pay as per period worked is mandatory.
I am sure your letter of probation would have specified a salary for employee.
That itself is the documents which mandates payment of salaryon monthly basis.
