I am doing my MAHRM internship in an MNC in Mumbai. My project topic is evaluation of training effectiveness where I am supposed to create a format for evaluating the training effectiveness with respect to ROI. I saw some threads related to this topic but nobody seems to have responded to those queries. I do know that I'll have to use Donald Kirkpatrick model.. But I would be greatefull if someone could please advice me on how to go about it.

Do you have Kirkpatrick's book with you and have you studied it?
