Recently i have a tie-up with a leading company in healthcare & hospital industry.
consulting fee we agreed to work is 4.5% of CTC.
Replacement period - 90 days
resume validity- ( resumes will be valid for 12 months after consultant submit it to Client. If Client uses such resumes and appoints the candidate at anytime during this period, the candidate shall be considered as placed by consultancy and professional fees shall be levied ) - we generally ask for 1 year , but client want to change this time period to 6 month , kindly suggest me , is this acceptable in recruitment of medical professionals
