Workplace Harassment particularly Sexual Oriented Harassment is a growing menace. It is hurting your business in many ways including your Organization’s Reputation, the Output, Employees Motivation & Morale, Productivity and Wellbeing of stakeholders.

According to the SHWW Act which is in-force since 9 December 2013, sexual harassment training is essential for all employees, not just supervisors and managers. In fact, employers need to show that they indeed provided training to all employees in order to raise a defense or mitigate punitive damages in sexual harassment cases.
