I am working as HR in printing company and need a format of Contractual appointment letter which states clearly that employee will be working on 6 months probation period and company has an authority to terminate him during his work without giving any intimation/notice if company / management is not satisfied with the perfomance.
Pls help to make this letter with proper format.
