Second, I dont think there should have any issue related to salary dates like this because there is nothing like employees are not getting salary on time (if im not wrong) and they have not denied to this too but have fixed a different dates to release the salary which cant be a problem.

You have just joined them and wish to change the system according to your need/wish but what about the other employees who are working with them before you.
Are they also wish to demand this change?
