Hi, I joined in a new company, but here is they are giving the salary in different days, Eg. first week or third week only. how do we insist them to fix the salary date for the employe. Pls give me suggestion to speak to MD. thanks

I don’t understand why you have to need a fix salary date maybe you company sometimes does not have enough cash flow

You are an employee and cant go against the company policy and rules if there is anything like you said above about "Different dates of releasing salary".
Second, I dont think there should have any issue related to salary dates like this because there is nothing like employees are not getting salary on time (if im not wrong) and they have not denied to this too but have fixed a different dates to release the salary which cant be a problem.
"Something which is not acceptable or not according to you / one employee, doesn't mean need to be changed or can be demanded"
You have just joined them and wish to change the system according to your need/wish but what about the other employees who are working with them before you.
Are they also wish to demand this change?

Hi all really i ma very thankful to you all for the deep discussion on the salary date. the old employee of this company is are also expecting the same that the salary date should be fixed in a date. it will help the employee like labour. anyway thanks for the discussion and sure we do any favorable changes in the near future. thanks
