Friends,
Could anyone support me in identifying the top SMART performance objectives (with weightage %, to reflect priority - totals to 100%) to monitor/appraise the subjected position's annual performance. Also I am looking for Job description and Interview questionnaire with answers for this position.

Dear Mohan,

You have asked to many questions in the single post. Secondly, if you are not clear about the Job Description(JD), then how anyone can tell you about the KRA or weights to the KRAs. First complete the job description, upload it here and then suggestions can be given.
