My husband died on 25/10/2012. He was working with Centum Learning Ltd. After that, I applied for a PF claim, deposit-linked insurance, and pension. However, they told me that the transfer was pending from his previous company. Later, it was found that no amount was due in the previous PF account. Again, they gave me the name of a company where my husband had never worked. They continuously told me that the PF was not transferred from that account. I affirmed that my husband never worked there. Yet, I still haven't received the dues. Kindly guide me.

There seems to be some misunderstanding; EPFO is very sensitive to death claims. If you are in Mumbai, I can assist you. If you are in another city, you may call me on my cell at [Phone Number Removed For Privacy Reasons]. Please provide me with details such as the PF number of your husband, the name and address of the company, and information about surviving family members. Have you contacted your company regarding the issue of not receiving PF claims? Typically, companies have PF advisors who can provide guidance. Nevertheless, feel free to reach out to me for assistance.
