Suspension before issuing show cause notice
Sir or madam. my friend his working for a bank for the past 12 years. he got suspension order and show cause notice mentioning some alleged gross violations on the same day. reply for show cause notice also given in 10 days from receipt of show cause notice .. it is been already 45 days over since he has placed under suspension...now the query is whether bank can suspend him before issuing the show cause notice ... and the allegations made in the show cause notice replied properly. he is having housing loan car loan and some other loans with the bank in case if he terminated from service how bank will recover the loans and ....whether bank will mention about the suspension issue in the experience certificate...what are all the legal options available to him.
Urgent advice-notice period
My husband working for a reputed bankhas resigned from services in lieu of a good offer from other good mnc bankas per his offer letter he need to serve 90 days of notice period or pay the gross salary of 3 months .now when he is asking for early relieving as the other bank wants him to join with in 30 days also ready to buy back the notice periodhis bank is mandatorily asking him to serve 90 days of notice period. they say though it is mentioned in the offer letter for paying the gross of 3 month in case of early exitthere was a internal circular which the banks hr rolled out mentioning it is mandatory top serve 90 days of notice period. he is in a fix nowas he has already accepted the offer letter from the mnc bank to join with 30 daysas they were ready to buy the notice period and his company is not allowing him to relieve before 90 days what can he do in such a situation please advice asap11
Termination and issue absconding letter
Dear cite hr members i was working in bank for 21 days then i left the job as i am suffering from cysts which have appeared on my neck. after 12 days i send my resignation to the branch manager as i can not continue my job. but after receiving the resignation letter m bank manager told me that they would not provide any release letter and they issue a absconding letter against me as i never get a job in the bank industry. kindly tell me that is it possible or can they do the same as mention above.
Termination by pvt bank - dues to complaint sent by friend with whom i was having some dispute
Dear team i was working with pvt bank but some issue they issue termination letter to me. please find the instance. i have taken money from my friend for condition of repayment with in 3 years. now 2 years continue but after 2 years some dispute happened between me and my friend. now they have account with bank which i am working so they complain in bank as they have given payment for bank relation and for fd purpose. now i resolved dispute between me and my friend then they have taken back their complain as this was wrong complain and not related to bank. but now bank said once we received this complain then we issue termination letter i said customer has given in written as this issue resolved and not related to bank its personal matter. but bank is not agree and issue termination letter to me. i am working since 3 years in bank and total 10 years of banking experience please guide me what can i do?
Withholding superannuation benefit
How many days a bank can i retired on 31 july 2015. due to enquiry my superannuation benefit was withheld by the bank my employer. bank dilly dallied and gave me punishment after 6 months. i appealed to higher authority to set aside the punishment. further 2 months elapsed. 9 moths running i am yet to get the benefits after working for 31 years. is there any time limit as to how many days the superannuation benefit can be withheld?
Proof why i didn't serve notice period in previous organisation - is it really valid?
I am right now working with ind bank and have been confirmed. 3 years ago i was working with ax bank and without serving notice period i left the bank and paid whole amount to bank for shortfall of notice period. bank issued me letter for same then i have joined y bank where i worked and left same after serving proper notice period. today hr called me and said to me that 3 years ago you have left ax bank kindly provide us proof why you have not served notice period in that bank. is it really valid that bank hr asking for proof that too from 3 years ago because i have said about my family issues and they are asking for discharge certificate. while in between i have already worked with y bank and they didn t ask same.
